If you want to see the world, love the ocean and don't get seasick, a luxury cruise could make for a great vacation. From swanky onboard restaurants to shore excursions in exotic locales, cruises let you enjoy the thrill of travel in maximum comfort.
An all-inclusive cruise makes it even easier to get down to the business of relaxation, since all your needs are already cared for. However, not all luxury cruises are the same. Given the time and money you'll invest in such a voyage, you want to make sure you do your homework and choose a cruise that will meet your needs. These five cruise lines should be at the top of your list.
Oceania Cruises
Oceania Cruises operates six ships, four of which carry 684 passengers. The last two, the Marina and Riviera, carry up to 1,250 guests. Oceania Cruises sail into ports across Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and the Americas, with destinations including Barcelona, Jerusalem, Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Sydney, Miami, Buenos Aires, Cape Town and many more. Oceania Cruises has won numerous awards both for its restaurants and the cruise line itself.

Different packages come with different amenities — not all are all-inclusive. Generally speaking, however, you can expect airfare from select U.S. and Canadian airports and internet to be covered, and you'll usually get a choice of generous shipboard credit, beverage package, free shore excursions or other options, with some plans providing more than one benefit.
Crystal Cruises
Crystal Cruises offers trips to every continent — even Antarctica. From European river cruises to smaller yacht cruises with just 62 passengers, Crystal Cruises does it all. Founded in 1988, the company now offers a truly top-of the line experience, with everything from onboard casinos to celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa's only sea-going restaurant. Because there are so many packages to choose from, amenities vary greatly — but rarely disappoint.

Regent Seven Seas Cruise
A subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., Regent Seven Seas Cruises runs five ships on journeys around the world. The company specializes in all-inclusive packages, with round-trip business class air travel, unlimited excursions, two- or three-night land programs, one-night pre-cruise hotel stay, unlimited beverage service, shipboard bars and restaurants, prepaid gratuities, specialty restaurants, wi-fi, laundry service and airport to ship taxi service all provided for free. The company has also won numerous awards for its all-inclusive cruises, accommodations and more.

Silversea Cruises
Since 1994, Silversea Cruises has helped passengers visit over 900 destinations around the world, including Antarctica. From the Russian Far East to the coast of Albania to the Caribbean, Silversea is all about adventuring in style and comfort. All-inclusive packages vary but generally cover excursions and onboard lectures and activities, gratuities except for spa and salon treatment and food and drinks throughout the ship. All guests regardless of package may use the in-suite butler service as well, and most packages come with free air travel from select cities.

Seabourn Cruise Line
Seabourn ships carry between 458 and 600 passengers and boast an unusually high ratio of space per guests, making Seabourn Cruise Line an excellent choice for those who don't enjoy crowds on vacation. As with several other cruise lines on this list, Seabourn takes passengers to destinations on all seven continents. The company is also an official partner of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and offers tours of almost 500 UNESCO sites. A small portion of the cost of each tour is also donated to the UNESCO World Heritage Organization.

Amenities offered with a Seabourn cruise package can vary, but all-inclusive plans generally include business-class air travel from select cities, food, drinks, entertainment and speakers, next-port protection so you can still join the cruise in the event of a missed flight and more.
