This was an amazing experience, and we now have our dream bathroom! Lara immediately understood our slightly... funky functional approach to design, and was extremely helpful and proactive in the selection of the materials, tiles and grout colours. She helped us to coordinate all of the cabinetry and accessories , ordered everything and finally connected us with the best professional renovator, Bryant Johnson. His skills super-ceded all of our expectations. His positive personality, helpful suggestions, and exceptional skills left us thrilled with the outcome of the room. The precise approach to ensuring our older, somewhat slanted floor and walls were level and true resulted in a stunning outcome. We now have installed the barn door to conceal the washer/drier and finally the California shutters as the finishing touch. We highly recommend the B & K Galleries experience! read more

Kitchen RedoWe hired this company since we had them do our bathroom three years earlier. Judging on our past... experience with getting a quote, timeline, and workmanship we definitely hired them again. We had worked a bit with Lina before and Jonathan was new to us, but they helped incredibly with our choices and the building of the pantry side since there were some unique angles and spaces in this older home, we needed some professional help here. We also knew the installer Wes and Sebastian since Wes did our bathroom to make it more accessible for myself and with that we knew how the work would be done, always asking questions about a unique situation and there were many in this kitchen and it did not phase him or Sebastian. Also the electrician Anatoly also showed what kind of work he does and for the kitchen did a remarkable job with no disturbances to the rest of the house. With any large renovation there is always some mysteries when you tear down a wall and this time everyone's adlibbing and creativeness created extra space on the unique pantry side, creating more floor space and a new cubby hole behind the pantry with the door in the stairwell to the basement. Lots of extra storage space that is easier to access. BONUS. Wes and Sebastian then cleaned up that stairwell creating more headroom to the utility basement. At the end of the project every where was cleaned inside and out where they worked. We are very happy with the entire process. Thanks to the entire team. We are very happy. read more

From A Very Old and Dated 1999 Master En Suite...To My Dream Bathroom.It is said the first place potential... buyers look when viewing a property, is the kitchen and the bathrooms. The two most important areas of any house for most people. Both in terms of efficiency, looks and investment.In June 2018 I visited Ewelina at Kitchen & Bathroom Galleries in Burlington to ask if she cold help me put together a plan for the renovation of our old En Suite, which was in dire needs of updating. Everything was builder's grade and showing the signs of wear and tear.Over the course of several months, Ewelina and I selected and purchased all the fixtures and fittings along with the various extras that we will benefit from as we age in our home. I cannot over emphasize how important it is to take some time to look at the various websites out there which can help you determine what you really like e.g. Houzz, Pinterest etc. It will help your designer focus upon your style and of course budget.Once all the components were purchased and ready for delivery...then the Contractors (Wesly and Sebastian in my case) were able to begin demolition of the old bathroom. Demolition Day is an unbelievably quick process. Especially when you are in the hands of two guys who have plenty of practice and experience under their belt.The amount of preparation that goes into the planning stage once demolition is complete, will at this point in time pay dividends. There are a million and one variables that go into achieving the final result and every single detail counts. Lots of measuring, calculating, verification and consultation.Before demolition begins, Wes and Sebastian will cover any furniture and protect your belongings by covering any open areas, blinds or flooring. Anywhere that could be affected by the dust that will ensue once demolition and renovation begins.They also change into indoor shoes when they arrive each morning. And clear up each evening before they leave. This was a thoughtful gesture which I appreciated. Your life will be upside down for the next little while! That I can guarantee.Electrical installations are handled separately (by Anatoly in my case) at various stages of the project. This is determined by the progress and stages completed by the Contractors. An Electrical Inspection is officially made to the home both during electrical installation and for final inspection at the end of the project. One more tradesperson who contributed towards my project was Frank, who took the template measurements for the two 9' tall glass panels in my shower stall. The installers, Ali and Jashan (?) who were incredible at handling the sturdy glass (but glass nevertheless!) during installation.Each and every person who played an important role in my renovation has to be commended for their professionalism. I must not forget Igor who templated the quartz countertop and backsplash.You can be rest assured the people who K & B Galleries assign to your project are very passionate about what they do. Including the showroom staff (Ewelina and Lara).I would highly recommend Kitchen and Bathroom Galleries - Burlington based upon my personal experience. From the minute my wife and I walk into the store we had a good feeling, Dave was more then helpful. This... was the first store that was willing to do everything from removing the old counter top and sink. When the counter top was installed ( by Cambria which did a great job ). The next morning the plumber came back and put all the drains back together. The whole experience was painless and the dollar value was fair.I would highly recommend this company read more

I went to 4 showrooms before I went to Bathroom and Kitchen Galleries. All of them said that my ideas were... out of style. Except Lina (Bathroom and kitchen galleries) , she listened to what I liked. What I was looking for... She spent 2 hours looking through tile, catalogues, and websites to help me figure out what I wanted exactly. In the end we made a design that may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I love it. It matches my home, and my style. She had no judgements like the other showrooms, she told me to "do what I love...its your space to enjoy." I have been meaning to write this review for a while . This place was the first of a list we... stopped at in April and we are so happy we did!! We were looking for an upgrade for our 70s bathroom , which seemed like a scary possibly pricey project . We met Jonathan our sales person in the showroom and he was awesome!! He spent a lot of time with us choosing new vanity, countertop, mirror and medicine cabinet, every detail including new faucet, knobs, measurements etc...so appreciated ! ! The price for really great quality products was substantially less than expected based on some online pricing we had done. The actual installation all done by in house people...not contractors..was done by Jerry ...who is so meticulous and professional !!! Everything including removal of our old tired stuff was seamless and definitely got the impression Jerry is of the old school work ethic and attention to every detail ! ! We had a painter in recently and he also mentioned how well done installation was compared to a lot of what he sees...ie crappy silicon patching etc. We are really happy with our new bathroom and would/have recommended this place to others....Thank you ! !!! read more

Bathroom Galleries installed two new beautiful bathrooms for us in November 2016. Recently we had an issue... with a pipe banging noise coming from one of the showers. I called Lara to ask for a service call to fix the problem. She spoke with John who diagnosed the problem prior to the service visit. John came to the house with a new a pressure balancing valve and his tools. He disassembled the shower and found that the existing part was dirty so he cleaned it, flushed out the lines and put it back together. Problem solved. I wanted to pay for the service but John insisted I was a good customer so it was no charge. We recently renovated our bathroom and were looking for a specific aesthetic for hardware that we couldn't... find at the usual stores. We dropped into Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries on Bunting Rd and we were helped by Herb. Herb was patient and knowledgeable and helped us find solutions within our price range. Herb also went out of his way to expedite missing pieces to our house mid-reno. There is a huge selection of tubs, faucets, fixtures etc available so make sure you go in with a good amount of time!
